Established in 1986, several of our first home owners are still here today. Our community comprises 364 single family homes in the Lawrenceville area of Gwinnett County, Georgia. We are conveniently located on Highway 120 between I85 and Hwy. 316. This location allows quick access to local destinations such as the Gwinnett Civic and Cultural Center, Gas South Arena and Coolray Field, home of the Gwinnett Stripers. There are also several county maintained parks and recreational facilities within a short driving distance.
